中環大熱Lobster Roll 原隻波士頓龍蝦啖啖肉


Lobster Roll熱潮席捲香港,梗係要試試中環新開兩個月的Lobster Central。選用足一磅重的鮮活波士頓龍蝦,Lobster Central每日拆肉製成足料啖啖肉的招龍蝦包 ($138),以檸檬汁、蛋黃醬同香草簡單調味,保持龍蝦肉的鮮味之,味道夠哂清新,麵包塗上牛油煎香,外脆內軟,夾著啖啖鮮龍蝦肉一D都唔覺得膩,仲好好味添呀﹗招牌果然係招牌!


Lobster Central另外仲有兩款海鮮包Crab RollShrimp Roll! Crab Roll ($118) 用上蟹箝肉,加入蛋黃醬同黑椒等調味料,味道較為濃郁,不過分量係咁足﹗我自己就鍾意Lobster RollD,龍蝦肉夠哂清新鮮甜又唔會鞋口,反而蟹肉包的調味太濃,唔係好食到蟹肉的味。


除咗海鮮包之,仲有其sides﹗我梗係唔會錯過試龍蝦湯喇,不就有少少失。雖龍蝦味都好香濃,質感都幾creamy,不就一粒龍蝦肉都無>< 只係$48,但人家老麥的小龍蝦湯都有幾粒肉食下呀! 同埋湯的調味可濃少少,如加返D黑椒同brandy就更加好飲嘞! Truffle Fries的松露蛋黃醬濃郁好味,為薯條添加唔少分數,不過我個人就prefer食粗薯條多D


想一次過試哂3款包就可以點The Easy Option,套餐包半份3款海鮮包、2隻蟹拑、1包薯片同一杯汽水!


不過Lobster Central舖位細細,以自助快餐形式經營,所以座位唔多得靠牆bar枱座位,所以要食就最好避開lunch hour喇!

最不得不提係個個黑面收銀男,態度、語氣其差,好似個個都得罪咗佢咁,仲要呼喝D,完全唔想撈咁=.=
