「太平館」– 細細個已經聽既老字號,次次行過見到餐牌咁貴,但係係食乾炒牛河,就一路都無特登去試。直至今年聖誕gathering,終於有人提議食,我立即舉腳贊成,因為另一個無去食過既原因係成日想試個個巨型梳乎厘,但兩、三個人去又食唔哂,所以一定要多D人一齊食至得﹗
終於我地就叫乾炒牛河、瑞士汁炒牛河、招牌瑞士雞翼、岑味牛脷,當然唔少得焗巨型梳乎厘喇,不過食到咁上下先order甜品﹗
兩個牛河其實都無咩特別,反而我覺得平時茶記叫個D仲夠鑊氣、仲香口﹗
瑞士雞翼味道甜甜,都算好食,但唔會有WOW既感覺,size亦唔算大隻。
岑味牛脷反而幾特別,一來係比個名吸引左先,二來不嬲我都幾鍾意食牛脷。可能因為太想食,所以無影到相哈哈﹗原來「岑味」即係法文Salmi既譯音,以牛油及雞肝煮成的醬汁。味道特別,牛脷炆得腍,又夠厚切,係咁多款菜式入面比較出眾既~
最後就到焗巨型梳乎厘,呢個唔影相唔得喇真係﹗大就係大,不過味道真係普通,首先我唔係特別鍾意食空氣,另外我嫌佢焗得唔夠香脆,可以再微焦一D﹗食到中間D位真係唔太鍾意,好似食緊泡泡咁,不過係我本身唔好呢款甜品啫﹗始終係招牌菜,來到點都要一試既﹗
另外特別想提既係呢度既服務態度認真麻麻。記得食甜品之前叫侍應幫我地清枱同換乾淨碟,佢就一副不爽嘴臉,然後換碟個時又大大力咁擺,收野時候又hea hea咁,搞到跌哂D刀刀叉叉落地,都唔知佢唔gur
D咩~ 奉勸大家唔好去尖咀分店﹗
