真係孤陋寡聞呀﹗話說咁啱過黎奧海城睇戲,先知有間新派意大利餐廳。星期六晚竟然無咩人排隊,咁我同男友就決定入去會一會佢﹗其實裝潢、擺設各樣都幾好,都有唔少外國顧客添。見到格離枱食Parma ham pizza,好似幾吸引咁,我地就照跟,原來呢個係Prosciutto

咁Prosciutto ham同Parma ham有咩分別呢?其實Parma Ham只係一個統稱,係意大利文,風乾火腿叫做Prosciutto,咁來自Parma產區既風乾火腿品質係最為出色,所以及後就有Parma ham呢個專稱形容該產地既風乾火腿嘞﹗
不過先黎既係typical到不行既Carbonara意粉,諗住咁typical實唔會有咩意外喇﹗點知….一個Carbonara最基本既蛋黃醬汁都做唔到….係幾creamy,但完全無蛋味,同平時食開個D好唔同﹗我自己就鍾意蛋味濃D嘞~
期待已久既pizza終於黎喇﹗整體係幾好食既﹗Pizza面頭既Prosciutto ham都好多D,多到有DD膩哈哈﹗不過睇真D下面係有火箭菜墊底既﹗由唔知幾時係邊度食過第一次之後,就好鍾意呢個配搭,實在太夾喇﹗Pizza既份量都唔細,兩個人食絕對夠飽﹗如果個餅邊可以再薄身少少同埋脆少少就好嘞﹗因為就咁用刀叉砌都唔係好砌到,不過意大利人都係鍾意就咁拎起黎食,咁都okay既:P
